The Blue Basset is a creative collaboration born from a shared love of things that are a little different, a little unexpected, and definitely not mass-produced.
At the heart of the painting is Francette, a graphic designer and exceptionally talented artist with a natural eye for colour, detail and the unexpected. Creative by instinct, she has that rare ability to look at something ordinary and see what it could be. Her patience, imagination and remarkable painting skills bring even the tiniest details to life, while her distinctive style gives every piece its own personality.
Alongside her is a sister-in-law, an entrepreneur with years of business experience, a love of interiors and creativity, and an ever-growing collection of ideas that rarely seem to stay just ideas. Her motto is simple: deliver happiness. There's rarely a shortage of inspiration - and together they give those ideas wings.
The ideas often begin with a simple question:

Some become collections. Some become one-of-a-kind pieces. Some exist simply because we couldn't find what we had in mind. And some get completely out of hand in the best possible way.
