Shipping policy

Each Blue Basset piece is individually hand-painted, with many of our products painted or made to order.

Order preparation

Please allow approximately 5–7 working days for your order to be painted, prepared and packed before dispatch.

During busy periods, particularly in the lead-up to Christmas, preparation times may be slightly longer. If we expect a significant delay, we will contact you.

Courier delivery

We offer courier delivery throughout South Africa.

Standard courier delivery is R120 per order.

Free courier delivery is available on orders of R900 or more.

Courier delivery time begins once your order has been completed and dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information where available.

Collection

Free collection is available from our collection point in George, Western Cape.

As our products are painted to order, please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arranging collection.

Using your own courier

You are welcome to arrange collection using your own courier. Please select the collection option at checkout and arrange your courier only after you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying their own courier directly. Once an order has been collected by a courier arranged by the customer, responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer and their chosen courier, subject to applicable law.

Delivery information

Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied with the order.
